Returns & Order Issues
Each item is made especially for you. Please check the size guide before ordering. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind or incorrectly selected sizes or colors, except where required by law.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email ricky@thecanineexplorer.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll review it and arrange a replacement or refund for qualifying issues.
